20 shots benchrest and 20 shots off-hand at 200 yds.
Nichols trophy for best 10 shot off-hand target.

We had 13 shooters for the September 28th match for iron sight centerfire rifles at 200 yards. It was a cool and overcast day with some light breezes. The competition was very close - especially for the bench rest match! The featured match, for the Tom Nichols Trophy, was won by Al Sledge (best 10 shot offhand target) with a fine score of 210-0. We had a great pot-luck picnic at Camp's Grove following the match and a few more of our members joined us there. Lots of good company and good food! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful Fall day for our picnic!
