ISSA Southwest Regional Match

April 22nd — 24th, 2016

 
The Schuetzenguilde held it's annual ISSA Regional Match over the three days of April 22, 23 and 24, 2016 with times of good conditions and times of tricky winds. We had a very safe and enjoyable match, with both .22RF and centerfire matches as well as King targets and Zimmerstutzen matches.

New this year were .25 cal matches as well as the "Quart of Bud" match - a string measure match at 200 yards from the bench. Winner of the Championship Matches, in close competition, was Mr. Bill Polkinhorn. Congratulations Bill! Many thanks to our Schuetzenmeister, Mr. Russ Hooks, for putting on a great match, and thanks also to all who pitched in to help out. It is much appreciated.
